By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products and Availability

All of our plants, seedlings, and produce are grown with care at our nursery.
Because we work with live plants and natural growing cycles, availability may vary. We cannot guarantee that every item listed or preordered will be available at pickup time, but we do our best to update customers promptly.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website, catalogs, and at our self-service stand are subject to change based on seasonal availability and growing conditions. Payment is due at the time of pickup unless other arrangements have been made.

3. Preorders

Preorders for seedlings are accepted in advance of the growing season. If a specific plant does not germinate or becomes unavailable, customers may:

• Choose a replacement, or

• Request a refund for that item (see our Refund Policy)
   

4. Self-Service Stand

Our farm stand operates on a self-service honor system during open hours (typically 8 AM to dusk). Please follow posted instructions regarding payment and product selection.

5. Consultations and Appointments

Consultations for garden planning, plant selection, or other nursery services are available by appointment only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including photos, text, and graphics, belongs to Mountain View Farm Nursery unless otherwise credited. Please do not reproduce or use our content without permission.

7. Website Use

We strive to keep our website accurate and up to date. However, we are not responsible for occasional errors, such as typos or outdated information.
