Refund Policy

At Mountain View Farm Nursery, all of our seedlings are grown with care from seed or propagation right here on our property. Because nature can be unpredictable, there are rare occasions when a plant you’ve ordered may not germinate or be ready by pickup time.

If that happens, we’ll happily offer you the option to:

• Choose a similar replacement from available plants, or

• Request a full refund for the unavailable item

We want you to feel confident ordering from us — and we’re always happy to work with you to make it right.
