Refund Policy

Applies to Veggie Seedlings Only: At Mountain View Farm Nursery, all of our veggie seedlings are grown with care from seed by us. Because nature can be unpredictable, there are rare occasions when a plant you’ve ordered may not germinate or be ready by pickup time.

If that happens, we’ll happily offer you the option to:

• Choose a similar replacement from available plants, or

• Request a full refund for the unavailable item

We want you to feel confident ordering from us — and we’re always happy to work with you to make it right.
