About Us

Mountain View Farm Nursery started with something simple: a few extra pepper and basil seedlings. What began as sharing those plants with neighbors has grown into a full nursery where we focus on native plants, veggie seedlings, and a variety of seasonal offerings.

For years, many of you visited our little roadside stand. In 2025, we took a big step forward—we retired the stand and opened our new retail shop! This space allows us to better showcase our plants, connect with customers, and share our passion for gardening in a more welcoming setting.

At MVF Nursery, we believe gardens should be both beautiful and beneficial. That’s why our specialty is native plants—they support pollinators, wildlife, and healthy ecosystems. In the spring, you’ll also find veggie seedlings to kickstart your garden. Our shop features houseplants and other garden/home decor to brighten your home year-round, and in season, we offer fresh-cut bouquets straight from our farm.

Our hours may vary week to week as we balance family life and the nursery, but appointments are always available outside regular hours—we’re happy to make time for you.
